Student Enrollment

Just moving to the Maries R-1 School District?   If so, we would like to say “Welcome to our school.” 

To enroll your child in our school district you will need to supply us with the following documents and/or information:

          *     Proof of Residency (electric bill, rental agreement, etc.. that shows a physical address)

          *     Birth Certificate

          *     Immunization Records

          *     Any Legal Documents/Court Papers that pertain to the children being enrolled (if applicable)

          *     Any Prior School Educational Records/Discipline Records (if applicable)


If you would like to print out the following forms and complete them before coming to the school to enroll your child you may do so. Please leave anything you have a question about blank until you get to school and we will assist you.  When you are ready to enroll your child in school please contact either the Elementary School Office (Grades Pre-K – 5) at 573-422-3365 or the Middle School/High School Office (Grades 6 – 12) at 573-422-3363 to set up an appointment.
